Dr. Sperry is a licensed audiologist with over a decade of experience caring for patients across a wide range of settings. Her background includes busy private practice, pediatric and school-based audiology, and clinical education—as she continues to work with and supervise doctoral-level audiology students at Towson University, her alma mater.

She brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to care, grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world experience. Beyond the clinic, Cortney is deeply invested in her local community — she serves on the board of directors for the Severna Park Community Center and coaches youth soccer and basketball in Severna Park, where her children play. Her commitment to hearing health reaches beyond Anne Arundel County as well: She has volunteered internationally, fitting hearing aids in China and working alongside hearing-loss patients in Jamaica, bringing the same care and expertise to underserved communities abroad.
